What is the Central Wisconsin Homeschool Center?

The Central Wisconsin Homeschool Center is a nonprofit community created to support homeschooling families through enrichment classes, activities, open gyms, clubs, parent connections, and special events. Our goal is to provide a welcoming place where families can connect, learn, and grow together.

Do I have to be a member to participate?

While we do not have a membership fee, we do ask that each family fills out the registration form, and signs the policies and procedures handbook. This keeps our community safe and well run.

Is there a cost to attend?

There is no annual membership fee. Some classes and activities have fees set by the individual instructors. Those fees are paid directly to the instructor. As a nonprofit organization, donations are always appreciated and help us continue serving homeschool families.

Who do I pay for classes?

Each instructor manages their own class tuition. You will find all the information regarding class fee and payment options when you sign up for each individual class.

How do I register for classes?

When registration opens, each class listing will include a link to the registration form and instructions for payment options. Parents and instructors will also run all information regarding the class through the "remind" app. Which is a free app to download and use.

Do I need to register before visiting?

Yes. Before participating, each family must: -Complete our Family Registration form. -Read and sign our Parent & Student Policies and Procedures. -Complete and required liability waivers. These forms only need to be completed once unless updates are required.

What ages do you serve?

Our classes and activities are offered for a variety of age groups, from preschool through high school age. Age recommendations will be listed with each class or event.

Are parents required to stay?

Yes, parents are required to be onsite at all times while their child is at the Center.

No. The Central Wisconsin Homeschool Center is not a school and does not provide accredited education. We are a community resource that offers classes, enrichment opportunities, and activities to support homeschooling families. Parents remain responsible for their child's education and compliance with Wisconsin's homeschool laws.
